Wysco Stock-Style Painted Oil Pan

if any body is familiar with it , I need to know if it is a 5 quart or a 6 quart pan? I put 5 quarts in it and it shows a quart low----6 quarts and it is right to the full line

I didnt think an aftermarket dipstick was always right. I thought i had read a few posts where it said to mark the stick after you fill the pan?????
