Ok this is getting out of hand

2 times in the past few months my rear drivers side tire has almost fallen off, first time every lug nut was gone by the time i pulled over, walked 20 feet down the road and recovered all 5 of em, like they all fell off at once, it happened again, but didnt find any lugs (on a 45 mph speed limit main road) what the hell is causing this? it happened to the same wheel twice, and whewn putting it back one i knoticed 2 bolts didnt get tight, and i kept spinning em and eventualy they got tight, my dad says somone didnt pull the stem through enough, chould this cause it?

also

also, i have centerlines so the lug nut goes through the rim and touches the base of the rotor, so i think the stems where to long for the lug and the stem hit the back of the lug nut and never let it get tight enough to pull the stems in tightly, think im right?

Alright, first get a proper lug nut for fit your studs. The lug nut should not hit the rotor. If it does, how do you know you are getting the proper torque? That's right, lug nuts have a specific torque. With the correct lug nut torque to 90-100 lb/ft.

Try that...

fix

is it expenvice to replace all 5 studs to make sure this never happened, because both times i ended up doing about 50mph with no lug nuts which isnt to fun, im just lucky both times i stoped quick enough befor the tire fell off then who knows whatll happen.

I don't know what it would cost to have a shop do the job. Its easy enough to do yourself.

How much is your life worth to ya!!??

I suppose if someone was trying to kill you, that is a good way to do it. However, if they keep loosening your lugs and you keep living, you would think they would just hire a hit man to bump you off by now!!!

J/K, I hope no one is trying to kill you...

make sure you know what the require torque is, 100 ft/lbs may be wrong. my welds take 60 ft/lbs and have the sholder on the lug nut that goes through a hole in the wheel same as it sounds like yours do.
