Timing
I have a quick and probably dumb question...
Would the degree of timing change if you changed major parts such as intake manifold, heads, etc...
i know that you should run it a little rich if you are running FI but i didnt know about NA parts.

The timing itself won't hange, unless you put the distributor back in wrong; but the engine will almost certainly run better with a different timing curve, specifically one optimized to the new conditions inside it created by the new parts.
