air pump needed?
my air pump was making a wierd sound so i cut the belt, just wondering if this has anything to do with my engine making a loud *** knocking sound when i rev it over 2 grand

Well if the knock is still there than the pump can be it. I would pull your pushrods and check them from your accident.
