Probably not much money. It's hard to say as it depends on whether or not you have a buyer in the immediate area. I've seen running 305's in the paper for $200 and I've seen running 305's given away for free.
I've seen some TPI 305's sell for $800 with all accessories, TPI, harness and computer included. Since the market price of a TPI with accessories, harness and computer sells for about $500 to $600, that would put the 225 HP 9.5:1 compression 305 long block at about $200. What is your 160 HP, 8.5:1 compression long block worth?
Probably somewhere between free to $200, would be my guess. Why not advertise it in the local paper and see if anyone has a blown up GM A-body in need of a motor?
