where can i find the right water pump for my 1991 csmro z28 with the serpentine belt system. i bought at least 3 water pump in the last 2 years. i have read post on this site saying get a reverse flow pump. where can i get this pump beside the chevy dealer.

 

any parts store or the dealer, just tell them what you have and they'll do the rest.

You might look into getting a high flow pump from summit or jegs. Higher flow will get you better cooling, we need all the help we can get.

 

are you running a reverse flow pump with your serpentine system? if not thats the whole problem and you can get a correct one at the local parts store just be sure it has no fitting holes on top of the pump if ti does it wont work!!(trust me i know, been throgh this before on my car loads of fun!!!) just make sure there is no fitting spot on the top of the pump and its reverse flow and you'll be fine they go for about 20$ from the parts store! forget gm wayyyyy to expensive!
