Well guys I got hand it to ya!.........you saved the day again. I got the LT1 starter bolted up, had to get a longer positive cable which was no big deal and also made the other wires longer so there wasnt any tension on them and gave me some slack to move them out of the way of the headers. Even took my 2 year old lifetime warranty altenator back and got me a nice fresh looking one...snugged everything down.....

turned the key and VROOOOM!!!!!!! cranks right up in a split sec! no strain, nothing..I tried it a few times.....Why does a LT1 or 4th gen starter sound like that? its kinda like a short whistle..

You guys really know your stuff and I dont know what I would do without cha! I want to say thanks again to everyone that helped me out on this....

now for my next threads!!...this one has served its purpose and gotten long.....LOL......when I try and tune this puppy!

It's a higher RPM motor with planetary reduction gears. Output torque is tremendous.
