Plugs look like smores after intake swap.

Well today when The car didnt start I pulled a plug (2) and found half of it was peral white, other side black and on the other side of block (3) was completely blackish. Is this from bad timing too much fuel pressure or back gaskets. Car does not smoke except on start up (valve seals)

pearl white is an extremely lean condition but black is an extremely rich condition. Never seen one side lean and the other white....interesting. Is the car a TPI or TBI car or carb? If it was TPI I could see where one side could be different than the other due to the fuel injectors. If it is TPI I would look closely at the fuel injector for the cylinder that is running lean before you burn a hole in the piston or burn your valves up. Yes if they were all black I would look at lowering your fuel pressure.

Its a 89 350 TPI and I got brand new injectors.
