After i put on my new intake and 52 TB I put the IAC valve in the new TB plugged it in. Ran car to operating temp. turned off , grounded it, waited 30 secs ,pulled the connector off, started it, got it doen to 550 so i turned if back off and plugged IAC back in and when I start it it wont go under 1500 RPM's any suggs?

Maybe bad IAC or that tb might not match up to the plenum right - for that injector did you use new o rings? did you coat them thinly with oil? I've driven around with my brake booster disconnected, and also with my pcv disconnected and it would idle so something must be very wrong with yours. Are you sure the runner gaskets are on there right? Other than intake gaskets (tb, runner, etc) it seems like only a bad IAC or bad/misadjusted TPS could cause that problem - hey, did you adjust the TPS after adjusting minimum air? That might be the whole problem if you turned the screw much.

My car will idle fine with the IAC disconnected. its when i connect it that I cant get an idle lower then 1500 I can close my TB totally and it'll still be 1500. Yes I used new o rings and yes i did coat them with oil. only that dam injector. Its not causeing bad idle. The car idles smooth at 500 with IAC disconnected. but o well few more months to work out problems.

When I disconnect my IAC it idles higher, and when I reconnect it idle comes back down.
