400 block + 327 crank=350...
has anyone ever done this? I want to throw it in a roundy round car. It should make an *** load of upper rpm power. Any comments/suggestions? I know very little about this swap, and need to know if special order parts are neccesary...

Yeah, it comes up from time to time.
I actually have a set of Venolia pistons laying around somewhere for that setup; I have no clue what rods they're for though.
If you run 6" rods in a stock block, the pistons for a std bore 412 (400 bore x 3.85" stroke) with 5.7" rods will give you the exact right compression height.
