Valve Seals for 23degree Trickflow Heads

I think the seals on my heads are bad. I need some help with valve seal tho. I want to use a teflon seal. The valves are 11/32 and the valve guide OD is .500. I was told to get umbrella seals but am unsure of what type I need??
Thanks!!!
