oil in tpi runners
my car has a problem that I cant figure out. Im getting a oil film on the inside of the intake. Evenly spread throughout all the ports and a light ash deposit on the plugs. If the rings were not sealing good would this make oil film on the inside of the intake? Any one ever seen this before?

probably a result of blowby...The pcv breather ( the hose coming out of your valve cover) goes into the throttle body. Any oil blowing out of your pcv will get sucked into your intake. Excessive blowby is the result of worn rings / cylinder walls

Its not getting blown into the intake. It is getting sucked into the intake by the manifold vacuum. Try installing an inline fuel filter in your PCV hose. Vacuum will still be able to draw through it, but the oil and residue wil get caught in the filter, preventing it from entering your intake. I run a clear Spectre filter so i can see when i need to replace it.
