For code 33 im getting a map sensor circuit failure. You can try and replace the map and see if that works.

 

With regards to the code 32, your egr is most likely not getting enough backpressure as before so its not working correctly while cruising in OD. I have the same problem after putting dual exhaust on my '89 Caprice LO3.

Well you need an egr that was designed for less backpressure. I was told that a '96 Z28 stick egr valve will cure it. I know for sure that it fits and is a direct swap. However, havent gotten the chance to get one yet. I plan too once i get paid :P
