The winter has been brutal to my wipers. The ice froze them to the windshield and the rubber came off when i tryed to pull it off the ice

i have new wipers and im ready to put them on but i dont see what im suppose to unbolt.

please help A.S.A.P. it rained tonight and only one of my wipers were working. i feel like the rice boys that replace their 2 wipers with 1 big one

I work for an auto parts store so I have to do tons of wipers everyday. Just try to pull out the rubber inserts, I think they are 18" on most third gen camaros. Doesn't matter if you break them, as long as the wiper itself(the metal part) is good. You can match them up in just about any store with blades. Any friendly auto parts store guy will help you, btw thats not pep boys.

Thats too bad about them breaking off, never heard that before, but then again I live in southern california. (its flooding here now, wiper sales!!)

 

doh, didnt see you already bought them, sorry.. I think you probably have the wipers that slip onto a rod that sticks out of the arm, so there should be a little bolt on the back side of them that you can take off. If thats it they are pretty simple. Thats the kind my iroc has. Hope you got the right ones :P
