Been lookin all over for a similiar setup to this. Can't seem to find any numbers posted. What should a 88 L98 with vortec heads, lt-4 hotcam, SD lower intake, 24 lb injectors, headers, flowmaster, and a correctly tuned chip make? Will vortec heads support 1.6 ratio roller rocker arms? If so, would they be worth the time/effort/money? Down the road...would this setup work well with a procharger?

Thanks for the link....answer most questions...still not real fond of manufacturers advertisement. Was hoping someone had experience with it. I mean are their horsepower numbers at the wheels or at the flywheel. I am guessing at the flywheel.

How are the idle characteristics of the Hotcam? Very choppy, choppy, somewhat choppy, etc?

Ive heard people say its got lope. Ive also heard people say its a pretty mild cam. Ive heard one in my friends LT1, it had a noticable idle. Kepp in mind, it cant be too terribly lopey as it was designed to be compatable with the LT-series computers.
