just got a rebuild today and this!!!!

hey guy i need help! i just picked up my car from getting my th350 tranny rebuilt with a shift kit and a new 2200 stall converter. so anyway i take her and start driveing and i am amazed at the diffrence in performance and shifting. BUT about 15 min later i am getting clunk problems!!!! first, one time i am at a stop i press the gas to get moveing and car jurks>>it felt like she just shifted gear!!.
then when i go hard on the gas i fee a clunk from the back i think.
then a couple times i felt a thump right under my feet (only clunks when i go somewhat harder on the gas). last issue, i was comming to a red and was brakeing then i get another clunk when the tranny downshifted. i am so mad right now i just spent 800$ and they cant even do a job right, so now i have to wate a week to see them because i am way to busy. anyway can u guys please tell me what u think is going one here???? what do u think the problem is???

i had a similar problem with the clunk when the tranny downshifted, it ended up being a torque arm mount. might also be a tranny mount?
