Injector Problems??? Help!
Okay so the other day I changed my fuel filter. Haynes says to relieve fuel pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse, which is *supposed* to be near the battery, but of course wasn't. So i undid the two injector fuses and tried to start the car. the pump primed, but the car wouldn't start, just turn over. So I change the fuel filter and also the plugs, and to my surprise the engine just turns over but doesn't start.
I've got 45 lbs of pressure to the fuel rail (tpi), i've got spark, and i know the filter is in the right way. I'm guessing the problem is with the injectors or hopefully not the ECM. So far 3 good old boys and one GM mechanic are baffled. You fellas got any good ideas? I'd really appreciate it.

Pulling the injector fuses wont relieve fuel pressure. In the future just unplug the oil pressure switch or the fuel pump relay. Do you have power at the fuse panel for the injectors? How bout at the injectors? If the key was in the on position when you pulled the injector fuses you might have fried the cpu but that doesnt usually show up imediatly.
