antifreeze pissing outta engine

well guys i went to head to my gf's, i stopped to pick up gas, filled up, went to pay, and saw a bunch of anti freeze leaking from my car. i quickly popped the hood and saw it coming from the oil pan area (underneath of engine).

i haven't had a chance to look at it yet as its very dark and i have no ramps. anyone have any ideas on what it could be so i can stop worrying (or start)

I hope it was just one of the drain plugs or heater hose leaking Dude. I seriously doubt that your oil pan is going to leak just anti-freeze. Good luck and hope for the best. Worst case is a cracked head or block. OUCH!!

it could also be the water pump leaking, or a blown head gasket... check to see where it's comming from in the light

cuz if it felt sluggish, i'd say it was a head gasket or something because you'd be loosing compression. hmm... tell us what you find in the sunlight

if there is a leak anywhere from or onto the engine its gonna drip down the oil pan.. so i'd say your problem is somewhere above the oil pan.

check the thermostat housing and see if there's any coolant comming from the water pump. if your not losing power i doubt you blew a headgasket, but that could still be a possibility. a good sign to see if it's the water pump is if your overheating. tell us what you find, we'll try our hardest to help

I bet on a water hose. The lower one.
Good luck.

Andy.
