Edelbrock valve covers

Is anyone running the finned (Signature Series????) valve covers from Edelbrock? I am looking into getting a pair but a buddy of mine said he had problems making his fit. I haven't noticed anyone's ride equipped with these. Do these have a clearance prob. I don't have any clearance issues with the stock covers and Crane Gold rockers. Thanks.

i have the GM Goodwrench performance series, and the only trouble i had with fit was on the passenger side, i had to remove the alternator. Don't know about your friends setup but some accessory may be in the way.

I just bought those exact same ones and put them on yesterday. I really like the way they dress up the engine. The only prob i had was on the passenger side as well I had to remove the wiring harness that went to the injectors on that side. Other than that i had no problems.

I've dealt with both the Eddie signature seies and the GM aluminum ones. The Eddies lost all the little Allen screw head looking plastic trim things over a few months. Neither of them fit the A/C compressor fitting properly, it was next to impossible to adjust the A/C because the block thing hit the valve cover. The GM ones were better made. Both were good quality products though, except for those damn plastic screw head BS things. They should have done better than that.
