Havent started the car all winter, what should i do ?

as precautionary measures when i start her up next week ?

after a winter i usually don't worry about it much. You can get an oil primer and run some oil throuth the motor. the tool is about 20 bucks and u need a drill to use it. you pull out the distributor and place the priming tool in its place. One thing i do sugest is fresh oil.
