From time to time I use it, just depends on whats on sale at the time. It's actually a fairly good oil. If you read the back of the container its made by Exxon who happens to own Mobil.

i'd encurage you, and everyone, to use it ( i own exxon stock along with ashland oil). never done it but if i really wanted to use it and compare i'd get the MSDS and send a sample out to be tested, blackstone labs in ft. wayne in.

I've used it ever since I seen it on the shelves. No problems at all, and it's cheaper per qt. then most other brands that are full synthetic.

Yes. Some of them have well-known names on them.

A little side note to since I hate to edit.

I looked on a regular non synthetic bottle and a synthetic bottle of Costal today. They no longer have in writting "a product of Exxon". I still have a few synthetic quarts left in an old case I use for my lawn mower and gokarts, they did state a product of Exxon dont know why it has been droped. Another good synthetic oil thats failry inexpensive is Sureflow, now that has a nice big Exxon written on the front of the bottle, usually under $2 a quart for full syn.
