I am thinking about powdercoating the air cleaner and the centerbolt valve covers on my Formula. I would like to do it in black.

!.) how much can I expect to pay?
2.) Is there something better than powder coating?
3.) Is minor surface rust an issue?
4.) How long will the powdercoating last?
My intentions is to restore this car close to stock as possible but want certain things to be better than what came off assembly line. Rust is almost certain on these parts... I want to prevent it.
