tpi cant get to idle smooth

i have an 89 gta tpi with a 383 stroker. at idle and at low rpm it revs up and down ,sometimes it dies. i have a new maf and relays ,iac,tps. when i take my iac off and clean it it stops and runs fine for about 20-30 mins then, back comes the revving. i cant figure out what the deal is. any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

sounds like a vaccum leak to me. Check for vaccum leaks.

i just finished replacing them and it seemed to help but not completely solved

I'd still say vaccum leaks.

new IAC gasket?
leaking fuel injector
computer chip match to your increased cubic inches
