Sounds like around 400hp.
I don't really think 11.3 is all that fast for a 400cid engine but maybe that's just around here.
The cam is too big for a street car. If you want to keep the cam, then you'll need a very good converter like a vig 3600 or better. If you get the vig, then don't over-do the rear gear. For 400cid and a good stall I wouldn't go more than 3.42:1 with 26" tires, or 3.73:1 with 28" tires. The vigilante will help much more than gears.
That engine will want the Hooker Super Comps 1.75" full lengths and duals.
A good head porting should wake it up a lot.
I just use the stock radiator and stock single electric fan on my 383 and never have a problem. I would give the stock parts a chance. They might be enough.
