I have my front control arms out, and since this is my only chance to change the motor mounts, I might as well. Any idea where I can get a good set of rubber ones, or do I have to order from a dealer? If its a dealer part, anybody know the PN and price? TIA guys. Also, will those ES poly mounts work?

Poly will work if you want to go that way. Any part store should have the rubber mounts. You're right, now is definitely the time to renew them.
