400ft/lbs and 350 hp ??
I would like the make a ZZ4 with TPI, The ZZ4 Crate engine uses 58cc Aluminum Corvette Heads, If changed that to the 64cc Cast Iron High Performance Head(Large Valve) 12480092, which are used on the LT-1s, would i gain or lose power and how much? Anyway, what i want to do it create a TPI ZZ4 or a similar engine with about 400lbs of torque and around 350 hp
Thanks

If you take a zz4 shortblock and put some good aluminum heads (like afr) and mabey the lt4 hot cam kit you'll be way over 350hp and
400ft./lb. Probobly around 330 rear wheel.
Did you swap in the 6-speed yourself?

The ram jet 350 makes 350 hp and 400ft/lbs. It uses Vortech heads ($400) and a dinky cam with the Ram Jet intake.

Yeah, that cam on the RamJet 350 is REALLY small and is the HT383 truck motor cam with 1.6 rockers instead of 1.5's. Proves my theory that you can make high hp with a pretty mellow cam, as long as you do MAJOR PROM CHANGES!!!
