Ran in to this setup for sale
Bowtie block 18deg splayed
BRC 4" crank internally balanced
Crower superspeedway 6" rods
Ross 0.030 4.125 nitrous pistons
I know my current heads/cam/intake will be on the small side but this is a streetengine will not rev beyond 5500rpm...

Those dimensions look like an SB2 block. Have you tried to bolt everything on and turn the crank and check for interferance anywhere? The heads you have are standard 23° cylinder heads. The block you listed is an 18° block. You will need a special set of 18° heads in order for the valves to operate normally. Also, that block has lifter offsets, IIRC. Also, you will need a special 18° intake for your new set of shiny 18° heads.
A block that looks so good on paper, can turn out to be not such a good deal in the end. Ultimatly, you have a 23° top end. The pistons/block setup you are looking at requires a 18° setup as offered by Brodix and other high end companies. I doubt you will find a set of 18° heads/intake for under $1,000 even on eBay.
Thats a good head/cam/intake combo. Stick with a chevy small block bottom end. The standard 23° stuff.
