Engine: 305
Transmission: TH-700-R4
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt with 3.23's and SLP Posi.
engine build up recomendations.
well i recently got my hands on a 350 4 bolt 1pc. seal block.
i am wanting to build a 383 for my camaro. looking for some input on parts to use. i can come up with a pretty good rotating assy. but need input on cam, heads, and intake. motor will be NA. i will be getting forged internals for it as i may decided to run a 100-150 shot of N20 later on.(but highly unlikly) motor will be a 4bbl carb. also a recomendation on carb would be great. i like edelbrock carbs but a recomendation on CFM would be great. i also would like to run perimiter bolt valve covers. would like to be able to get to the mid 12 second range. tranny will be a probuilt 700r4 and rear will be a ford 9" with prolly 3.2x or 3.5x gears. stall is unknown. recomendation there would be great also. i would also like a good streetable motor.
