What wire do I disconect when advancing the timing?
What wire do I disconect when advancing the timing? I only have two plugs going to the distributor. One with 4 wires. Another with two, white and pink wires. I thought that that was the one but the car wouln't start when I disconected it. One other thing how far do you think that I should advance to?

In the very back corner of the passenger side of your engine compartment, right about the AC and Heater blower boxes. Its a wire that breaks out of the wiring harness its a light brown color with a black stripe, I THINK. Its just a single connection. If you still don't know, ask somebody send you a picture.
