Windshield Washers Dont Work

Windshield Washers Dont Work
The Windshield washers do not work. I replaced the pump with a brand new one. The lines are clear, and the switch works. When I turn the switch the pump makes a buzzing sound, but no fluid is pulled through. It's a simple and stupid problem, and I cant figure it out. Any Imput?

Got fluid?
Unless the pump is running backwards, or a line is cracked and sucking air, you have a blockage somewhere.

Mine had the same problem until I "primed" it by blowing into the filler tube until windshield cleaner came out of the exhausts. This fixed the problem.
