only when you move ?? id say it has nothing to do with an alternator ..id say something along the lines of the ujoints or maybe even a brake pad clicking....have had this happen before ...just a start for ya ..good luck

In my first camaro, I had an issue with the governor in the transmission. It would click in first gear, increasingly faster until it shifted into second. Then it would go away. Never did find out what the exact issue was with it, but the trans died a few thousand miles later. Related? You be the judge

How loud is the clicking? You do have quite a few relays in the engine bay, three of which are right above the brake booster.

yeah could be any number of relays but if its only doin it when the car is moveing id almost rule that out it could also have to do with the speedo cable have you every had one get submerged in water before??i have had a couple 4x4 s in the past and when we would go out plain the speedo cable would start almost sounding like a knock when we would go down the road untill it dried out dont know why but when i replaced it on the one truck it never did it again so its really hard tellin without ridin in the car with ya but theres a couple ideas for ya to go look at ...
