I need a new engine in my 91z28 and i need ot know if I should put in a 350 replacement motor from GM rated at 245 horse or get this 350TBI engie that comes in the caprice. which has more power in long block form from the dealer. i am using a slightly modified TPI setup, hotcam, and a pr. of edelbrock heads.

 

I don't think it matters too much on which block setup you go with since you have your own heads/cam/intake and whatever else already. I doubt there is too much of a difference in block strength.
