Running Rough at 1800 rpm

I have a 93 Z-28 LT-1 that runs rough at 1800 rpm. Up to 1500 and over 2000 rpm it runs fine. I changed the plugs, plug wires, and brought it to a mechanic who connected it to a computer and said the electrical is fine. Could a partially clogged injector cause this?

Disconnect whatever controls your EGR valve on an LT1 then fire it up and see what happends. The EGR solenoid on my 89 caused a severe stumble from 1100- 1800ish rpm...after that it pulled perfectly.

Steve, could you give me any help on locating the EGR solenoid on my engine? I've never had the opportunity to fight with one of these yet!

update

I found where the exhaust travels from the manifolds to the intake. In that line, there is a block with a little white tube poking out the bottom. It looks like a vacuum(?) line or something should connect to it but I can't find anything disconnected. Any ideas?
