I know this isn't a tech post and will probably get locked posthaste, but if you guys really want a good laugh, you need to look at the 91 V6 "Iroc" "1LE" "replica" some clown has listed on ebay with a starting bid of $9600. Just punch 1le* into the search and it'll come up. My sides still hurt from laughing. I emailed the guy and asked him what's 1le about it without having the brakes, and how can it be an Iroc "replica" when they didn't make them in 91??? Somebody needs to take the crack pipe away from that dude! If you need a good laugh to start the day, go check it out. Too funny!!!

THats the car in reference. Why does the title say 1990. BUt the window tag say 91?

 

Hmmmm, not sure on that Stekman, but I'm judging it's a 91 by the ground effects. Whatever the case, that poor car is pretty confused. It's a 91, but has 88-90 wheels and the old style louvers instead of blisters. Of course, it's supposed to be an Iroc "replica" but it has a puny V6 and no 145 mph speedo either. If I used this guys logic, my car must be worth a mint as an Iroc/1le replica since I actually have the 1le brakes up front, posi/pbr disc in the rear, 145 speedo, Iroc suspension with wonderbar, and finally an actual V8 in it! Lol. I don't claim mine to be a replica of anything though, I just tell people it's an RS with all the good stuff added to it! Whaddya guys think, should I smoke some crack too and list mine at a starting bid of say 15 grand? Hehehe.

Whew! OK I am done. I would rather have a quick RS with a 350 than a "not even close" fake IROC. He should have done his home work so that IROC lovers like me don't rip on him so hard.
