should i remove EGR?

im about to buy a custom chip and they ask me if i delete my egr. should i?? if yes how? what else is very stupid and the need to know??

Leave the EGR in place. Its not doing anything and it actually helps prevent detonation given the way the timing is set up to work with it. The "tuner" that will probably do your chip will just disable the code for the egr and not really do anything about making adjustments to the timing and fuel thats necessary after the egr has been removed. Most of what you get is pretty much stock programming with a few small things changed.
