gas milage difference between a 305 and 350?

I am selling the old v6 and i want to buy a v8, but i wanted to know what the gas milage difference was between a 305 and 350? it's not that important but i did want to know before i bought one. Thanks.

I don't think there is any difference and very little if any at all. The 350 doesn't have to work as hard and has more power. The 350 is a better base to start making more power if your into going fast. You can tune a 350 to get good power and gas mileage.

I have known people to get better gas mileage with a 350 than a 305. Not me of course. I would say that a 350 might get 1-2 mpg less but it just depends on application.
