It's most likely your trans mount. They're always broken.

Buy a new one, and get him to put it on.... he can probably do it in like 47 seconds with a pit and air tools.

Don't wait to long to get that motor mount replaced.
If it is the transmission mount every time you hit the gas from a stand still or moving very slowly, you will hear a loud boom. Just as if you had a heavy item in your trunk and that item hits the back of the trunk every time you take off.

if it's the trans mount i'd buy a ES poly replacement, they're pretty much bullet proof. guess i'd buy ES poly motor mounts too. motor mounts are unreal hard to replace. there is't an easy way, but the best is to remove the lower control arm for access to the nuts.

Check the trans mount by crawling under your car. Try to bench-press the transmission upward- it pivots foward on the engine mounts, so you don't need to be a professional weightlifter to do it! If you can force that trans up, your mount's gone.

LMAO cruise, thats exactly what my car does! Both of my motor mounts are shot, the rubber is dry rotted and falling out. If i powerbrake from a stop, or if I have alot of ppl in my car, the engine will jump when I hit the gas. It feels like a 16lb bowling ball being dropped in my trunk... I thought it was my rear end going the first time it jumped - scared the sh*t outta me...
