Did 305's have oil cooler fittings? Or just 350's?

Someone on here had said that only the 350's came with oil cooler fitting where the oil filter went. Is that true? I have a 1991 Firebird with a Formula body (I was told by previous owner). The previous owner said it could be a 350 but he wasn't 100% sure. I looked under the valve covers and it has those crappy 305 heads, but its possible that the owner threw those on there during the rebuild...they were cleaning out the garage. Anyways, I just wanted to know about that. Also, is that thing about the balancer true? The short fat one means its a 305 and the wide skinny one means a 350? Thanks.
