Vacuum leak. Bad EGR?

Transmission: 700R4/3.27 9bolt
Vacuum leak. Bad EGR?
Guys,
I have an Accel SuperRam and have recently did some mods and had it off. Now that it is on again, we heard some hiss from under the Plenum. We sprayed some eithar under the Penum and it makes the car sputter and sometimes die. We suspected bad gasket seal and took The Plenum off and Gastek sealed everything. Also put on a new EGR gasket. Put it all together and it does the same thing. It happens when we shoot the eithar towards the EGR under the Plenum. Could the EGR be bad?
