im building a carbed 305 and all im really doing is putting an edlebrock intake and edelbrock carb 1.94 intake valves and pocket porting my heads im looking for a cam that will make the most power but i can still use the car for daily driving any suggestions will help thanks

 

Depending on transmission/stall, Xe262 or Xe268. Perhaps bigger depending on a few factors.

 

Comp Cams Dual energy DEH265 Should work well in your motor. PN is 12-208-2

Will like a 3.42 or 3.73 rear gear ratio. A torque converter with a slightly higher stall is nice too but stock will do.

 

Comp XE 262 is the max i would go bigger then that and you will lose power, not gain.
