Engine: 305 carbed with 3" Y pipe back

Transmission: 700r4 that is breaking down

Starter Sticking??

when i start my car it seems that it starts to kick over then i get this loud hummm that sounds like the starter is stickking or something else is kicking in could this be my fuel pump going bad as well
