Starting problem, fuel tank pressure?
This is my first post here so please bear with me:
I have a:
1988 Pontiac GTA Notchback
5.7L 350 TPI
All stock
The starting problem I am getting is after the car sits a bit, time vaires, I will attempt to start the car and the engine turns over but it seems no fuel is getting to the engine. I then go and take the gas cap off, replace, and then the car will start right up. I did replace the fuel filter, fuel pump, water pump and radiator this year. Not sure what is causing this problem and any help would be great.
Thanks

Have you tried cranking it a couple times? Pressure in the tank is not uncommon and shouldnt cause your engine not to start. You may just be loosing your residule fuel pressure in the rail.
