Front End Noise (Grind/Rattle) like dragging a chain!

I bought an "86" Camaro a couple of weeks ago and have a mysterious noise. When I hit a small bump or pothole I get a lout chatter/rattle noise that seems to come from the front passenger side front. It even does it some times when cruising down the road and I get road vibration. I thought it was an exhaust rattle, but the whole exhaust system seems pretty tight.
Any info would be helpful.

Thanks

If it sounds rather like coins jingling in your pocket, it's the sway bar end links.

i was about to post the same thing.

the sway bar endlink bushings erode over time... eventually all thats left is the washers on the bolt... and they jingle.
