I dont get this car i cannot get it to run right at all i cant figure out the tps its throwing no codes right now but it was a old code 34 in it. dunno what the hell to do, some reason the car fired up and was idling today at like 1000-1500.. but running like shizzle and no throttle response. dunno what to do someone give me ideas this car has been sitting for about a year now. plugs wires cap rotor, everything was changed and i just cant get it to run, even has a new maf. I just had some trouble adjusting the TPS myself. All I could get was .26 and no changes at WOT.

I finally figured out that it wasnt jumped properly and once I had it done properly I easily adjusted it to .54 and it opened upto around 4 at WOT.

Are you using jumper wires or do you just have the test leads poked into the back of the tps wiring harness??

Are you using a scan tool at the dianostic connector or are you checking it at the tps.

Of course, you are disconnecting the EST bypass wire before you check the base timing, right?
