I was standing behind my car while it was idling in my garage, and I noticed a smell of unburned fuel. I then took it to my friend who told me that it was probably running to rich, but he had no experience adjusting the mixture on TBI cars. Do I need to adjust the mixture, and how do I do it on a 91 RS with a TBI 305???
