When was the last time you had your timing checked? mine used to do that and i put in a new timing chain and got it all timed up and it runs perfect now.....check your timing and if it still occurs your chain is probably stretched, when i bought the car my chain jumped like 10 teeth

I doubt the timing chain is causing any of these problems. Especially if after revving it, it runs better. I would look at more likely culprits. When was the last time the car had a full tune-up?

Do a search on IAC & TPS. Also check the tech articles on cleaning your IAC and setting your TPS.

i think its timing because when mine was out it would die if i didnt keep revs up, if i would give it gas it woulnt work to bad, but as soon as i come to a stop it would go plllllleasgfa (you know the sound)

Check the tech articales section, there is a good article on cleaning your IAC & setting your TPS. Did you check/replace your ignition module also? I read several guys having a problem similar to yours and it turned out to be the iginition module. Just a thought. Good luck.
