Strange noise under my car, what could it be?

Car: 1991 RS and 1998 Trans Am
Engine: 6.0L(lq4) & 5.7L(ls1)
Transmission: 4L60e
Axle/Gears: 323
Strange noise under my car, what could it be?
Sometimes when I go around turns on the highway, or go over a bump I hear a "CLANK". It usually happens when I am turning the wheel, but it is becomming more frequent, any ideas as to what this might be? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It is comming from under the front end. I'm thinking it could be my shocks/struts, but i'm not sure. What are some signs that they are going bad?
