Breaking in cam

What's the correct procedure for breaking in a new roller cam? I know what you're supposed to do for a flat tappet, and i was wondering if it's any different for a roller. Also, is sealer necessary when installing heads?

Start motor. Operate. When through, stop motor. Repeat as life circumstances dictate. Change oil after 1000 miles.

In other words, no special break-in for roller cams.
