help....

does anybody know what the part is called that sits right behind the battery... its got vaccume line going to it and than its got 1 long cable that runs behind the motor somewhere.... but i dont know wut that cable goes to cause mine is broken....

i just had some1 look at the part and they said it was for my cruse controle.... and i dont use it at all so i guess im not going to do anything bout it.... unless its going to mess something up in the car....
