who can install shifters?? (MICHIGAN)

I'm thinking of buying the B&M Megashifter for my 86 T/A and I know I wont be able to install it myself because I know I would probably screw it all up. . . What kind of shop could I take it to get it installed??? Anybody live in Michigan that maybe could help me with it??? THANKS AJ

That shifter is VERY hard to screw up installing. I installed mine without even having instructions.

All you need to do is unbolt the factory one, pull out the factory cable, bolt the B&M one down in the back bolt holes, line it up, drill 2 new front holes, get some self-tapping screws to bolt it to the front, splice into 4 different wires, cut the factory shifter plate, bolt back up.

I actually just made it sound harder than it actually is. Trust me, if you can operate a drill and can splice wires together you can install it within 2-3 hours taking your time.
